Baby Moments offers a Well-being Scan for all mums to be. During this scan we will confirm the number of babies that are present in the womb, confirm heartbeat and take precise measurements from the crown to the rump to determine gestation. The dating  is when you’re around 10 weeks pregnant and  it estimates when your baby is due (the estimated date of delivery, or EDD). Along with the above you will get confirmation that the fetus and sac are all taking shape and growing nicely in the right position within the uterus. The purpose of the dating scan is to check:

• how many weeks pregnant you are and work out your due date (the estimated date of delivery, or EDD)
• whether you’re expecting more than one baby
• that the baby is growing in the right place
• your baby’s development
